Glenmorangie A Tale Of Cake came to life when Glenmorangie’s director of whisky creation was discussing fond memories of eating cake. This inspired him to replicate the taste of cake into a whisky. Glenmorangie A Tale of Cake was matured in bourbon casks, then transferred to Tokaji wine casks to develop its sweetness. The result is an expression packed with notes of vanilla sponge cake with the usual depth and complexity of Glenmorangie.
