UK DELIVERY

Due to our own location and courier charges for collecting from us, we can currently only provide a standard 3-5 working day delivery service. If you need your products faster, feel free to contact us and we can look at other postage options outwith our standard courier.

Delivery will be made using a signed for service.

Someone over the age of 18 years old must be available to sign for the parcel.

COLLECTION

Hours of Collection

Mon – Sat  : 10am – 9pm 

Sun: 12:30 – 9pm

To collect your item on the same day as your order is placed, the order must be placed by 7pm and uplifted by 9pm of that day. In addition, an hour must be allowed between placement of the order and collection, for example an order placed at 1pm will not be ready for collection until 2pm of that same day. 

For non-same-day collections, please see the hours listed above for possible collection times. 

You must be 18 years or older to collect any items. 

A copy of your confirmation email (printed or on an electronic device) and photographic ID card must be shown upon collection. 

We would always encourage you to quickly check by calling  07951225487 before ordering to ensure that there is no matters outwith our control which should affect collection. 

Please also note that if you have purchased your click & collect order using a card other than Visa or Mastercard then you will need to show this card upon collection. 

If would like someone else to collect your goods on your behalf, they will need to bring the confirmation email (printed or on an electronic device) along with their own photo ID.

This is set by default to the standard, 3-5 working days delivery option. 

Select the Click & Collect option. 

This service is free. 

Please note that collection is only available between the hours of 10am-10pm Mon-Fri and 12:30-10pm Sun. 

Only orders placed prior to 7pm will be available for same-day collection. 

Returns Policy

We are sure you will be happy with your purchase (it is Scotch after all). However in the unlikely event you feel you need to return any bottle of liquid heaven we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. To arrange this, please contact us on 07951225487 (Mon-Fri 10am-5.pm) or by e-mail on info@nothingbutwhisky.com

Please note we cannot replace or refund any whisky bottles that have been opened. All returns should be made within 14-days of receiving your order. 

Any returned products must be returned to us in good condition, with all packaging intact. 

Any item not returned in the same condition will be refused for refund and cost of return to the consignee will be their own. 

Any refunds and reimbursements will be made within 14 days of our acceptance after the safe receipt of the returned goods. Any product returned must be within its original packaging, contain the appropriate paperwork and be adequately packed to avoid any possible damage. The cost and risk of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer and must be sent using a proof of delivery service. You should confirm to us on 07951225487 between 9am-5pm Mon-Fri or by e-mail to info@nothing but whisky.com that you are wishing to make a return. You will be issued with a returns number

You should clearly mark Returns: with the returns number on the outside packaging so that it goes to the correct dept. Inside please put a note of the returns number with the reason why inside the box. Failure to do so may result in delay of your refund or replacement. 

If there is any breakages or shortages, you must inform the courier at the time of delivery. We will not accept any claims for breakages or shortages unless they are stated on the couriers’ documentation. We must have confirmation of breakages or shortages within 2 working days of delivery. Photographic evidence is required by our carrier company if an item has been damaged during transit. 

Postage charges will only be refunded if the goods sent were damaged, incorrect or delivered in error. 

Please note that many of the items for sale on our website have been around for for upto 40 years have been through the hands of several previous owners. Items may have been purchased from many different sources and from private collectors. And as such may have suffered some slight damage to boxes, labels or slight rust where metal lids touch the presentation tin.. Product images on the website are intended for illustrative purposes only and may not be exact representations of the item in stock however we strive to represent the products as accurately as possible, particularly for older and/or discontinued products, which may not be in perfect condition. Please also be aware that batch numbers, vintages and bottling dates are often subject to change, especially those associated with Independent bottlers or smaller companies. If such an event occurs we will try to inform you before the item is shipped. 

We are happy to take additional photographs and send them to you before purchase if required.
