Aged using three types of wood: ex-bourbon barrels, Refill Hogsheads and Sherry Butts. The spirit spends approximately the first 11 years and 6 months in its original casks. It is then married together and left to finish for another 6/9 months in ex-Sherry Oloroso refill barrels.
