Highland Park Ice Edition
Highland Park Ice Edition is a special release 17-year-old single malt which has been matured predominantly in ex-bourbon casks. It was limited globally to only 30,000 bottles. Alongside the release of their Fire Edition, these bottlings celebrate some of the myths and legends emerging from the Viking age.
This release is encased in a stunning mountain-shaped wooden cradle with an accompanying wooden stopper. It also includes a booklet which recounts the story of the Ice Giants and their battle against the Gods to rule the world.

Tasting Notes
- Nose: Resplendent aromas of cool, fresh pineapple and ripe mango sorbet come to life in this celebration of glacial character. Silvery shards of smoke give way to the frosty kick of root ginger. prunes meet candied ginger.
- Palate: Like the Ice Giants themselves, the palate is powerful yet mellifluous. In true Highland Park style, the combination of an argent, misty peat smoke is intertwined with pearly iridescent vanilla seeds and overtones of molten orris root.
- Finish: Beautifully balanced, the creamy, rich, oily finish snowballs into long lingering woodiness and dry, feverish spices, providing a scintillating and harmonious whisky to savour.
Due to the various ages of bottles, corks and their seals, the condition of liquid is at the buyer’s discretion. We will not refund or offer exchanges for damaged corks.
