Husk Pure Cane Australian Rum
A pioneering, single-estate Australian unaged cane spirit crafted by Husk Farm Distillery in Tumbulgum, New South Wales.
Unlike traditional rums that rely on molasses, Husk produces this spirit in the French-Caribbean rhum agricole style. It is distilled directly from the 100% freshly pressed juice of sugar cane grown on-site in fertile volcanic soil. Because raw cane juice is highly volatile, distillation is restricted entirely to the local harvest season between August and November.

Distilled in a traditional pot still, Husk Pure Cane offers a vibrant, terroir-driven alternative to standard white rums:
- The Body: Crystal clear, unaged, and bottled at 40% ABV.
- Aroma & Taste: Exceptionally bold, fresh, and grassy. It features vegetal, herbaceous notes intertwined with bright citrus, white flowers, liquorice, and a light briny sharpness.
- Traceability: In a nod to transparency, the back of each bottle displays the specific harvest year and cane variety used (such as Q240), highlighting seasonal variations
