Bruichladdich – The Biodynamic Project is a limited edition expression distilled in 2011, from the 2010 harvest of biodynamic barley grown by Richard Gantlett. This unpeated spirit was later filled in to first fill ex-American whiskey casks. Aged 10 years, and bottled at 50% abv, this is a revolutionary whisky that demonstrates the power of connection. From farmer to glass. This is an attempt to be a world first in producing a whisky from barley grown specifically for them on an organic carbon negative farm. Please inspect our detailed fill-level photographs closely before purchasing. Because our bottles, corks, and seals vary in age, you must judge the liquid’s condition at your own discretion. Consequently, we do not refund or exchange items due to damaged corks.
Since we source many of our bottles from private collections, they show normal wear and tear. However, we take great care to provide clear photos of each unique lot. Therefore, please check these images carefully before buying to ensure the condition satisfies you.
