Old Pulteney WK499 Isabella Fortuna 1 Litre replaces the WK209 ‘Good Hope’ Edition and is the second in this travel retail exclusive series. This is the second release bottled at a lower ABV of 46%, compared to the first release at 52%.
Named after the last remaining ‘drifter’ boat in Wick Harbour, the Isabella Fortuna. This release of approximately 18,000 bottles is from casks selected by Stuart Harvey, Master Blender at Inver House Distillers Ltd.
The Old Pulteney WK499 Isabella Fortuna (2nd Release) is a Highland single malt matured primarily in American ex-bourbon casks. This travel-retail exclusive, features a flavour profile with notes of sea salt, vanilla, coconut, and citrus.
