100% Arabica coffee beans from Mexico. Slow roasting process to extract the best properties of the coffee. They first infuse the roasted beans for three weeks in neutral alcohol, and then do a slow reduction by adding Fair Trade liquid sugar and demineralized water for a perfect balance.
