Bruichcladdich Dunlossit Farm – Islay Barley
This bottling of Bruichladdich is the second in the Islay Barley Series. This was to demonstrate the distillery’s commitment to try and source as much barley as possible from Islay. The 2006 vintage of Bruichladdich Islay Barley comes from Chalice barley grown on Dunlossit Farm; harvested in September 2006, distilled November 2006 and bottled 2012.
