- Green: Indicates maturation in ex-bourbon casks, typically resulting in notes of vanilla, orchard fruits, and citrus.
- Purple (formerly blue): Signifies sherry cask maturation, offering rich, fruity profiles with notes of orange marmalade, berries, and spices.
- Grey (formerly silver): Denotes a smoky or peated flavour profile, often featuring notes of peat smoke, sea salt, and ash.

Aroma: Ripe tropical fruits combine with green apple and tangerine. Lemon peel and roasted peanuts give way to soft vanilla
