Port Charlotte PC8 Ar Duthchas
Ar Duthchas is a Gaelic expression meaning both Our Land and Our Heritage, and is an ancient term used to express the deep relationship of a tribe, clan or community with the land that they and their forefathers have inhabited.
- Peat level: Peated to 40ppm (parts per million) of phenols, which is considered a high level and a key part of its identity.
- Nose: A sweet, and smoky profile, combining intense peat with vanilla, citrus, honey, and sea spray on the nose
- Palate: An oily palate with peat fire, dark chocolate, oak, and salty notes
- Finish: A long finish with warming peat and lingering sweetness
