Port Charlotte CC:01 2007 7 Year Old
This 8-year-old peat bomb was originally released in 2016 for the travel retail market. It’s entire maturation period was in French cognac casks. It of course has the signature Port Charlotte peaty, smoky character, but it is well balanced by it’s sweet, fruity cognac influences.
- Peat level: Peated to 40ppm (parts per million) of phenols, which is considered a high level and a key part of its identity.
ABV: 57.8%
