Tamdhu 10 Year Old Limited Release Sherry Cask
Ian McLeod Distillers officially discontinued The Tamdhu 10 Year Old in 2018, and replaced it with the 12 year old. However this was bottled 31-08-2023 which points it to a limited inventory that was set aside for a premium limited run, exclusively for Sainsbury supermarket.
- Nose: The softness of Vanilla and Sugared Almonds, balanced with Fresh Oak and Cinnamon
- Palate: A burst of Fruit and Spice, then Warm Toffee and rich Sherry Oak.
- Finish: A touch of Fresh Fruit and a wisp of Peat Smoke.
- Maturation: Exclusively matured in Oloroso Sherry casks for 10 years.
