This is an extremely rare and discontinued one off batch which is very hard to find. ‘Caoran’ (pronounced ku-ran) from the Gaelic for peat ember has a distinct peatiness and a lingering smoky finish.

A natural progression from their 10 Year Old, benefiting from the additional years of maturation in the finest casks hand selected casks to ensure the best quality, which imparts important and complex flavours to the whisky. The dark amber colour of the 15 Year Old reflects the influences from the sherry casks which bring rich fruit and spice notes as well as more enhanced sherry.
