This 21-year-old expression is crafted by Master Blender Michael Henry using three styles of spirit. One is peated to 50PPM, one to 25PPM and the third unpeated. It is designed to be a balanced, matured Highland malt where the smoke complements rather than overpowers the fruit and oak.It is then matured in American oak casks and married for up to three months before bottling

Nose
Toasted oak, coconut, green apple, and ginger.
Taste
Sweet vanilla fudge, peach, pear, lime juice, and cinnamon spice.
Finish
Long and dry, with a wisp of peat smoke and lingering oak spice.
