This bottling as its name suggests is a very rare and now discontinued expression which was only produced for a few years in the 90’s. It was created in limited numbers each year, and although there is no age statement, it was produced by marrying casks that were up to 20 years old.                                                                                                     

• Colour: Rich Amber
• Nose:  A delightful array of scents emerges with vanilla and caramel intertwining with dried fruits and mild spices. This aromatic profile leaves you begging for more.
• Taste: The initial sweetness from the American bourbon casks entices the palate. Following this, the Spanish sherry cask finishing give off layers of fruity and nutty undertones.
• Finish: Warm and satisfying notes of raisin with a little spice.
