Glenmorangie The Original 10 Year Old Giraffe Tin
This bottle is a now discontinued limited-edition release of Glenmorangie “The Original” 10 Year Old Highland Single Malt, presented in a collectible “Giftable Giraffe Tin”.
The giraffe is the official, long-standing symbol of the Glenmorangie Distillery. The distillery uses the tallest copper pot stills in Scotland. The long copper necks of these stills are exactly the same height as a fully-grown adult male giraffe. This massive height forces the alcohol vapours to take a longer journey, purifying the spirit and creating the lighter, smoother, floral style that Glenmorangie is known for.
COLOUR: Bright Gold
AROMA: Citrus and ripening peaches are balanced by vanilla softness.
TASTE: Vanilla emerges, then gives way to a burst of flowery fruitiness.
FINISH: The surprisingly lingering aftertaste, is bursting with almond, coconut, and a touch of maple syrup. Truly delicious!
