Glenfiddich 21 Year Old Experimental Series #3 Winter Storm
The concept emerged during Malt Master Brian Kinsman’s inspiring trip to the Peller Estates winery in Niagara, Ontario. There, he experimented with French oak casks that previously held intensely sweet Canadian icewine. Kinsman quickly discovered that only highly matured, older whiskies possessed the depth needed to balance the extreme wine sweetness. Consequently, he chose an exceptional 21-year-old single malt as the canvas for this finishing process.
Initially, the spirit developed its rich character over two decades in traditional American oak barrels. Subsequently, it underwent a meticulous six-month finishing period inside the rare icewine casks. This process beautifully layers crisp, tropical fruit notes over the signature Speyside oakiness. Furthermore, the striking white ceramic bottle design perfectly mirrors the frozen Canadian vines that inspired the liquid inside. This limited-edition bottle offers a compelling addition to any luxury whisky showcase or investment portfolio.

- Nose: A bouquet of tropical fruit and candied sweets are perfectly balanced with underlying wine notes.
- Palate: Soft sweet notes reminiscent of candied fruit and Turkish delight develop into flavours of mouth watering lychee. The fusion of sweet flavours is soon met with a rich drying sensation from the icewine.
