Matthew Adams Ltd was a wine and spirits broker and wholesaler. The company was established in 2011 by Matthew Philip Adams and headquartered in Kent, South of England. While the company’s main focus was trading wine, the company also sold whisky including some of its own in-house branded single cask bottlings over the years. Unfortunately, The company then filed for voluntary liquidation in 2023 and removed its sales channels amid accusations that some of its staff had operated an investment scam that targeted pensioners, promising significant returns upon the future sale (which it would arrange) of wine and whisky stocks that appear to never have existed beyond seven casks that it bottled and sold legitimately between 2021 and 2022.
