  • Nose: Vanilla, green apple, lemon zest, biscuit (Custard Cream), light citrus, cereal (oats/muesli), honey, butterscotch, baking spice.
  • Palate: Sweet, light, vibrant; vanilla, toffee, crisp apple, citrus, honey, malt, cookie/biscuit notes, cinnamon, hints of ginger, brown sugar, candied lime.
  • Finish: Short to medium, sweet, spicy, peppery, with lingering apple, citrus, and mal
