- Nose: Very punchy and full-bodied, lots of house character. Peat smoke, medicinal notes, fruity orange, pine oils, olive, grape, and subtle woody characteristics.
- Palate: Musty sherry complements the warm peat and sprightly malt nicely, opening up into layers of fresh orchard fruit, floral notes, sweet toffee, wood oil, and gentle spices.
- Finish: Tangy and fully realized. Spices explode with smoky peat, dry ash, potpourri, and lingering malty sweetness.
