Fettercairn Fasque Scotch Whisky 70cl
This was one of only two single malts, the other being Fior, that Fettercairn produced at the time with the majority of production going into blends, including its parent company’s own Whyte & Mackay brand. In 2018 both malts were discontinued and replaced with a new core range of four .
Fettercairn uses a unique process in distilling its spirit. The pot stills are fitted with an irrigator ring that surrounds the swan neck and soaks it with water. This cools the rising vapours inside, causing them to drop back into the pot, increasing reflux and helping to produce a lighter style of spirit.
As this is an older bottling, the closure may have deteriorated, so care should be taken with transportation, storage and opening of this bottle. The bottle is sold as seen and described, we do not accept liability for the state of the packaging or closure. We can provide additional photos on request.
